I released the version 1.0 from the DDP (Delegation Delete Plugin) on OpenNTF.org.
The DDP (Delegation Delete Plugin) allows a system administrator to delegate the user deletion to the helpdesk or somebody else who didn´t have delete rights on the names.nsf.
Features included:
- Mark/Unmark a user for delete
- controlled via role
- copy person document to a archive application/database
- autocreation from the archive application/database
- send email into a log mailin
- console output for all tasks
- delete extrafax user config/preferences
- copy extrafax user config/preferences to a archive application/database
- inform user admins if something isn´t working
- configuration done via setup (included in the script libary)
- could inform telephone system admins that a fax number for extrafax is deleted
- no design change in names.nsf - only a plug in
- could auto approve mail file deletions
- allow only the deletion from user with a special policy (so that nobody could delete the CEO with this function)
- add the user which should be deleted to a access denied group.
